Great practical vision! The ITIL context is seen as more process centric than service centric. The SIAM shows a integrated approach to recovery the real ITIL purpose: A best practice to Service Management needs.

Great article, but a question on Figure 2.1 High-level SIAM model: For better clarity, should one of the Suppliers 1-3 at the bottom have been an internal provider ? Or are all 3 external on purpose ?
