Interesting to see how the British Council have used PRINCE 2 within their organisation. The importance of capturing lessons learnt across different projects and building up a portfolio of these over time really struck home.

This article is based on an older version of Prince 2. I think the new version of prince 2 2017 is much better tailorable, especially towards smaller projects.
