Implementation through ‘careful’ planning is absolutely key, as is the ‘committment’ alluded to. Whilst organisational specific benefits of MoV should help evidence the need for implementation, senior behaviours are key. Similarity, MoV implementation will impact on many staff, with potential increases in responsibilities and tasks / roles. Ensuring such staff are supported, valued and motivated is key to achieving those ‘level 5’ aspirations.
