An insightful paper with some good points, one of the constant challenges we come across with a lot of our customer engagements is the differing maturity levels so having a flexible approach towards the ITIL model whilst not pushing organisational change too fast has been critical especially when as this paper mentions terms like ITIL and SIAM are thrown around like marketing banners without the understanding of the frameworks behind them.
