Author  Robert Buttrick

Robert Buttrick is an international authority on business-led, programme and project management. He has a successful track record for building project management capability in a wide variety of blue-chip companies, most recently as BT’s Programme and Project Management Method director. He wrote The Project Workout and is an active contributor to project management methods, best practice, professional journals and conferences. Robert received a distinguished service certificate from the British Standards Institution for services to national and international project management standards. He is also a chartered engineer, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an honorary fellow of the Association for Project Management. He currently works as a consultant and is a visiting teaching fellow at the University of Warwick.
