The ITIL Service Lifecycle Stream is a set of five ITIL modules providing a managerial focus for professionals working across different areas or teams delivering quality service management activities.

Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Focuses on how ITSM can strategically review products and services and how this process should be organized and executed. Enables ITSM teams to provide the best possible services on an on-going basis.
