If you try to add your certification and this fails, first check that your candidate number is included in the Successful Candidates Register (SCR) and that your family name on your AXELOS account matches that on your certificate. The system checks your family name as well as your Candidate Number, so both need to match exactly those that are printed on your certificate.
If you cannot find your result on the SCR and you completed your exam with PeopleCert, please contact PeopleCert directly.
If you completed your exam with another Examination Institute (Acquiros, APMG, BCS, EXIN, Loyalist), or you are unsure which Examination Institute you completed your exam with, please contact [email protected].
