AXELOS is working closely with the service management community who have fed directly into the update. Why not join them?

ITIL 4 development is a community and industry-led initiative and we've been working with a team of industry experts based around the globe, including 150 content writers, reviewers and contributors from the wider IT industry. We have created the ITIL Development Group, now at 2,500+ members, which has helped steer the development of ITIL 4 and continues to do so. If you would like to be involved, you can join the ITIL Development Group.

To date we have:

  • Conducted over 30 workshops and research sessions across the globe, with over 300 end learners, CxOs, hiring managers, SMEs, trainers and consultants
  • Assembled a world-class Lead Architect Team from across the globe
  • Gained more than 2,500+ members for our Global Research Programme, representing brands such as BT, O2, Panasonic, IBM, T-Mobile, PwC, Pearson, Accenture, Nokia, McKinsey, Bank of America, Deloitte, Cisco, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Walt Disney, Worldpay, Apple, Adobe, Boeing and many more.

Why should you get involved?

We need your input to ensure that ITIL remains the go-to best practice for excellent service delivery.

As a member of the Development Group you will also be eligible to join our Private Development discussion group where you can share your thoughts, provide your feedback on new content, ask questions and share your expertise.

To join the Private Development discussion group, you will need an AXELOS Community account. If you already have one, you will be able to access the group within one week of your registration to the programme. Look out for the welcome email.

If you don't yet have an AXELOS Community account, please sign up and then we will add you to our discussion group within one week of you creating your account. When you create an account, you will also be asked if you want to set your preferences to receive all the latest ITIL product and marketing news via our main ITIL mailing list.
