AXELOS will be updating ITIL® in 2018. Get involved.

We are inviting the entire ITIL community to take part in the next exciting journey of ITIL by joining our Global Research Programme.

Members of the Research Programme will be the first to receive the latest ITIL update news as it happens.

AXELOS is working closely with the service management community who have already started to feed directly into the update. Why not join them?

To date we have:

  • Conducted 30 workshops and research sessions across the globe, with over 300 end learners, CxOs, hiring managers, SMEs, trainers and consultants
  • Assembled a world-class Lead Architect Team from across the globe who have already started work
  • Gained more than 1500 members for our Global Research Programme, representing brands such as BT, O2, Panasonic, IBM, T-Mobile, PwC, Pearson, Accenture, Nokia, McKinsey, Bank of America, Deloitte, Cisco, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Walt Disney, Worldpay, Apple, Adobe, Boeing and many more.

Why should you get involved?

ITIL’s reach is vast, so any updates we make will impact thousands of businesses. We need your input to ensure ITIL remains the go-to best practice for excellent service delivery.

As a member of the Research Programme you will also be eligible to join our Private Development discussion group where you can share your thoughts, provide your feedback on new content, ask questions and share your expertise.

To join the Private Development discussion group, you will need an AXELOS Community account. If you already have one, you will be able to access to the group within one week of your registration to the programme. Look out for the welcome email.

If you don't yet have an AXELOS Community account, please sign up and then we will add you to our Private Development Group within one week of you creating your account.

Leave your details below to receive regular updates and calls for participation in the research programme. You will be under no obligation to actively participate.
