A shift for enterprise agility

Axelos Global Best Practice has today announced the launch of AgileSHIFT®, a framework designed to help prepare organizations for transformational change.
Taking a holistic view of organizations, the new best-practice guidance focuses on the importance of leading change through enterprise agility and overcoming known barriers1 to successful transformation.
This latest offering is the result of consolidated research and testing from world-leading organizations and governments from across Europe, the US, Australia and Asia. Driven and created by the custodians of PRINCE2®, ITIL® and MSP®, the new framework is supported by recognized industry experts, and globally delivered through Axelos’ unique network of Accredited Training Organizations and Accredited Consulting Partners.
