Hi Allan, thanks for providing this summary in your discussion. It actually provided me some guidelines while reading through the PPM benchmarking report.

Allow me to add some comment on the first 2 items that I believe they are combined in one big challenge. The need of managing project efficiently could be due to:
1 the increase of the scale of the project – pressure to do more
2 the limited resources (time or budjet,etc…) – pressure having less
Prince 2 deploy a workstream that can help to deliver project efficiently, however, as the PPM benchmarking report mentions, there is an increasing need for AI (Artificial Intelligence) to support the required efficiency.
