AXELOS Global Best Practice has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HDI, the membership association and certification body for service and support professionals, to raise the profile of IT service management (ITSM).
As part of the strategic partnership, the two organizations will work on the development of existing and new best practices as well as thought leadership. The collaboration will also focus on skills development and career and competency progression routes.

Akshay Anand, ITSM Product Ambassador at AXELOS, will be present to participate in a panel discussion about “Making Sense of the Latest Approaches and Methodologies” on Tuesday, 16 October 2018 at 3:15 p.m. In addition, he will hold a breakfast briefing on Wednesday, 17 October 2018 at 7:30 a.m. about “The Future is Built on ITIL - Get Ready for ITIL® 4”.
