The community has their say in 'ITIL Manifesto'

For those of you active on Twitter, you might have seen the buzz around the latest community-led initiative; the ITIL Manifesto.

The Manifesto, which began life as a Google document before moving to Tricider, has been created to capture the thoughts of the ITSM community and is designed to gather ideas about ITIL - what it should be and what it shouldn't be - as well as understand the core values of the proposition.

Facilitated by key industry influencers including Stuart Rance, Rob Spencer, Claire Agutter and our very own Kaimar Karu, the initiative is gathering momentum with many of you submitting suggestions, commenting and voting for popular entries.

If you've got any ideas and would like to contribute to the Manifesto, you can view the document here or follow the discussion on twitter using #ITILmanifesto. The Back2ITSM Facebook group also features coverage of the ongoing discussion.
