Registering to Buy Online
If you placed an order before September 2015 and have not placed an order since, you will need o re-register upon making your next purchase via our store. To view your account history pre-September 2015, please log in at the TSO Shop using your original details.
New customers will be prompted to register upon making their first purchase if they have not previously done so.
Existing TSO Credit Account Customers
- To start purchasing guidance online, contact TSO e-support at [email protected].
- You will need to provide your account number and the contact details (including email address) of the person who will be ordering on this account on company headed paper, faxed to e-support on +44 (0)20 7873 8247.
- You will then be asked to supply a username (email address) and password of your choice.
- E-support will then register your existing offline customer account for online use.
- An email will be sent to you confirming the username and password for the online account.
- Your account can then be accessed at any time by clicking My Account at the top of each page and entering your email address and password to log in.
