Returns and Cancellations

Returns Policy

Returns, cancellations and refunds must be authorized by AXELOS. Please contact us at https://www.axelos.com/contact-axelos. A return form will be provided which must be completed and enclosed with any returned goods.

Goods received damaged, either before or on delivery, will be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, within five days of their receipt. If incorrect goods are dispatched and received by a customer, TSO will also pay for the return of the goods.

All goods lost in transit will also be replaced at no extra cost if notification is received by TSO, by telephone or writing, if the goods fail to arrive within 28 days after the anticipated delivery date.

In any instances where the customer has placed an incorrect order, e.g. ordered the wrong publication, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of the return.

An email confirmation will be sent to the customer once any returned goods have been received by TSO. Returned goods must be returned to TSO undamaged and in a saleable condition, unless the customer received them in a damaged state. In such cases, TSO must be made aware of this when the return is requested by the customer.

All non-TSO publications purchased for commercial use are firm sales. Items will only be refunded if faulty.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order that you have received, contact AXELOS at https://www.axelos.com/contact-axelos.

Consumers (non-business customers) have the right to cancel and return any order placed, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. In the case of audio or video recordings, or computer software, goods must be returned still sealed. If the seal is broken we will be unable to cancel an order which has already been entered into the order processing system.

AXELOS' acknowledgement must be sought before any goods are returned for credit.

Changing Your Online Order

Because of our automated system it is not possible to cancel or amend a card order once you have placed the order online.
