We spoke to Margo Leach, Axelos’s Chief Product Officer, about International Women’s Day and her experiences in the professional world.
We asked questions like ‘What are your thoughts on women in technology? and ‘How can organizations support women to move into leadership roles?’, and heard Margo’s insights around gender differences and the continual challenge of being a woman in the industry.
We then spoke about the theme of International Women’s Day 2021: choose to challenge. We discussed the importance of taking a stand, being confident, and the unequal impact that Covid-19 has had on women in the workplace.
Finally, Margo gave some advice to women who are at an early stage in their careers.
