We spoke to Katie Sellers, Axelos’s former HR business partner, about International Women’s Day and her experiences in the professional world.
We asked questions like ‘What has your career path been?’ and ‘How has the industry changed since you’ve been in it?’ and heard Katie’s insights on HR in different organizations and women in tech.
We then spoke about the theme of International Women’s Day 2021: choose to challenge. We discussed the importance of taking responsibility, the impact that Covid-19 has had on women in the workplace, and how AXELOS and Capita are responding to that.
Finally, Katie gave some advice to women who are at an early stage in their careers.
