Sarah Mullins: Change Management in a nutshell
Sarah Mullins has spent her entire career in relationship and people management and has an impressive track record that has focused on leadership, management, sales and coaching. Sarah was previously an area manager for Nationwide being accountable for the leadership of 10 branches and the strategy and implementation of change in those branches. So, she knows a thing or two about Change Management.
Sarah herself is certified ‘Practitioner in Change Management’ and more recently was speaker and panel member at the APMG Change Management conference.
Sarah has been a Senior Client & Partner Manager at SPOCE for some time so is in a perfect position to explain the Change Management training process at SPOCE.
