Paul Bradley: A Cocktail of Project Management methods

Paul Bradley photoPaul Bradley, Managing Director of SPOCE Project Management Limited, is resident speaker at Project Challenge where there is standing room only at his regular talks. Paul is a certified PRINCE2 trainer and AXELOS representative for all Accredited Training Organizations in Europe. Also, as a founder member of the ASPECT charter (Association for the Promotion of Excellence in Consultancy and Training), he wrote the rulebook on quality best practice management service.

Paul has been involved with best management practice methods for over 20 years, so there is no one more suitable to present on his topic of ‘A Cocktail of Project Approaches.’ Here, he will explain the relationships between portfolio, programme and project management, and explain how complementary approaches such as APM, Change Management, and Agile. Aimed at all levels of the organization, this presentation will help you understand the plethora of professional bodies, and the certifications that lead to you implementing change successfully in your organization.

Nicola is an experienced business change professional who is passionate about the benefits that business change management can bring to organizations and staff going through change. She has supported many organizations in the private, public and non-profit sec¬tors through a wide variety of change including:

  • Organizational transformations, restructures and mergers
  • IT-enabled change
  • Cultural and behavioural change
  • Building organizational capacity to deliver change.

Nicola’s clients have included Penguin Random House, Houses of Parliament, Financial Ombudsman Service, National Childbirth Trust, ITV, BBC, Network Rail, Kent County Council.

Nicola is an accredited trainer for the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course, and authored chapter 7 of the set text for the course, 'The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook'. Her latest book, 'The Shape of Change: A guide to planning, implementing and embedding business change', will be published by Gower in the summer of 2017.

Sarah Mullins: Change Management in a nutshell

Sarah Mullins photoSarah Mullins has spent her entire career in relationship and people management and has an impressive track record that has focused on leadership, management, sales and coaching. Sarah was previously an area manager for Nationwide being accountable for the leadership of 10 branches and the strategy and implementation of change in those branches. So, she knows a thing or two about Change Management.

Sarah herself is certified ‘Practitioner in Change Management’ and more recently was speaker and panel member at the APMG Change Management conference.

Sarah has been a Senior Client & Partner Manager at SPOCE for some time so is in a perfect position to explain the Change Management training process at SPOCE.
