The book is quite thorough but quite dense as well. Perhaps more illustrations and activities can be included to keep things more engaging.

I will continue studying ITIL and will adapt ITIL Best practices on my work as an account manager.

IT Service Strategy provided an excellent overview of managing the service from the inception of an idea right through the ITIL life cycle.
