This book is a very valid extension to the five ITIL books I already read. ITIL is a very good framework what to do but this book also tells you how to do it and what are the traps you should pay attention. It also talks a lot about the people. Yes we need processes, machines and people for running a business but people are the most important many managers forget. The best process is nothing if it is not being accepted.
