AXELOS is proud to announce the release of our IT Service Management (ITSM) Benchmarking Report, exploring the trends and challenges faced by the ITSM industry.

This report is the first of its kind from AXELOS and we aim to produce it annually with a survey of the industry from now on. It reveals the common challenges facing the ITSM function and reveals how teams can help bring success for digital transformation initiatives within their organizations.
