How critical is to apply the "Focus on Value" and "Start where you are" principles in order to adopt and adapt ITIL to real business needs. In this case, focused on striking the right balance between control and agility. Specifically, this approach helped Spotify to manage the total workload for the teams and to establish the necessary controls to comply with the regulation imposed by the financial bodies.

Also, liked how the Kanban was used in four categories (Support, Enhancements, Technical Debts and Projects).
