In the first of this pair of organizational change management (OCM) articles, we looked at what commonly goes wrong with OCM. This includes not having a clear and agreed-on change strategy, insufficient employee involvement, poor communications, and training and support inadequacies. This second article looks at the likely result of these deficiencies before, as well as looking at aspects of OCM success.
