This is the first article in a four-part series looking at a different element of the ITIL 4 Foundation course and exam, with hindsight from someone who has recently completed the qualification. In this part, I will offer some insights and tips on how to get the most out of the course. The subsequent articles will look at: study tips, day of the exam preparations, and tips for taking the exam. We hope this will give prospective ITIL students a full view of the course experience and allay any fears or apprehension you may have about booking your own ITIL 4 training.
