You’ve studied, revised, and prepared. You’ve checked your technology, your exam space is ready, and the exam proctor has said that you can start. Now what?

Preparation is 90% of passing your exam (read the previous parts of the ITIL 4 Foundation hindsight series to learn about what to do before taking your exam), but there is still a lot you can do to increase your chance of success.
