he business case is one of the seven PRINCE2 themes and the backbone to every PRINCE2 project, providing the ongoing rationale as to why the project exists. In other words, it explains what you are doing and justifies why you are continuing to do it.
This paper will explore key aspects of creating and maintaining a business case derived from both the PRINCE2 method and from the personal experience of Axelos’ Associate PMO Manager, Barbara Yadi.
