How Can We Tell if We Have Built a Good Team Culture?

I am in charge of a team of six, and we have had some serious turnover in the last two years. Now that things seem to be settling down for my department, I am actively focusing on building up my team’s culture to where it was pre-pandemic.

My question is — how can I tell if our team culture is good? What should I be looking for?
