I recently attended the ITIL Foundation course and want to implement ITIL in my organization. We currently take a waterfall approach but are transitioning to an agile method. My question is, when can I implement ITIL? Should I wait until we have changed over to agile, or can I use ITIL now? Is ITIL agile or waterfall?
