Before the launch or go live of the new ITSM tool, it is important to provide clear and concise instructions on what will happen prior to the implementation, how issues and bugs will be handled, and what will happen to existing tickets within the old system. An implementation briefing will need to be prepared to provide instruction to key stakeholders and clarify each person’s roles and responsibilities in the process.
