We are delighted to be offering our North American Accredited Training Organizations the opportunity to register your trainers to attend a free of charge, five day PRINCE2® Practitioner ‘Train the Trainer’ course early next year.
What are we doing?
As part of our aim to promote PRINCE2 Training on a truly global scale, a series of ‘train the trainer’ courses, hosted by Michelle Rowland, the PRINCE2 Chief Examiner, are being organized across North America - making this a unique opportunity for your trainers to gain essential project management understanding and the qualification they require to deliver PRINCE2 Training themselves.
This in turn will allow ATOs to grow your business and cross-sell PRINCE2 training with your existing training courses.
Why are we doing this?
AXELOS recognize that there is real potential to increase demand for PRINCE2® qualifications in North America and in order to respond to an increase in demand we need to ensure there is a network of qualified and accredited trainers in the region. In order to become an accredited PRINCE2® Trainer there are three golden rules:
- Must have PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification
- Three years practical experience working in Project Management
- Minimum ten days training experience delivering project management training (can be IPMA or PMI)
When and Where are the courses taking place?
The courses are classroom based, with exam theory and study taking place Monday to Thursday, the exam taking place on Thursday afternoon, followed by a day of useful practical training tips and workshops on the Friday.
The first session will be
26 - 30 January in Chicago.
More courses will be announced soon.
Who is this course for?
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. This course is suitable for project management trainers who have project management qualification(s) as a pre-requisite to bypass the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam. For more info on this, please read the PRINCE2 Pre-recognition of Qualifications document.
